RUNNING WILD!

Hi everyone :D

I used to watch a lot a show called "9-1-1" which is a television drama about the lives and hazards of various first responders in LA.  This dream will reference a few of the characters by name, but not much else, so hopefully if you aren't familiar with the show you can still enjoy reading the about what happens.  

 

*Old Dream - January 17, 2025

I was watching an episode of "9-1-1".

There was a fundraiser marathon in progress but then out of nowhere a flash flood happened and the runners were hit and got stuck in the flowing waters.  Some people were washed away while some were able to hang onto floating debris and trees. 

Bobby, Chimney, Buck, Eddy, and Hen (from the show) came to save the runners.  And every time someone was rescued, they got the debris and mud washed off and then their marathon t-shirt was visible.  

The t-shirts were supposed to show the charity each runner picked to support, but strangely, a close-up of one of them was seen to have an image of some flooded fields instead.  It turned out that the current marathon was being held around those specific fields where a devastating flood happened years ago also :(

Bobby and his team ramped up efforts to clear and evacuate the area until there was only one more runner to wash down.  After that was done, the scene changed and I saw something that was very much like a commercial for a car.  

All the rescuers and runners were in an underground garage and there was a car sitting in the middle of it.  Then when one of the runners said he can drive stragglers to safety in his car, the car started to rotate like it was on display.  The runner also started listing off car features like he forgot all about the disaster going on.  The car was skinny (half the width of average car), grey colour, and van-shaped with a larger backside.  

Buck thought the car was really cool and jumped in and drove away but then the runner just laughed and somehow the car teleported back to its original spot.  That was an "anti-theft" mechanism.  Buck then ran back and said the car disappeared and his butt hurt, lol.  I thought this part was really funny considering the all that was going on.

The scene then changed back to everyone being outside again and still trying to find safety.  Unfortunately the flooding intensified and heavy rain started.  The winds picked up like crazy and in the background behind Bobby a large and fierce water tornado was seen heading in his direction.  A random runner referred to it as a "supernova" of a tornado, whatever that meant. 

The skies then turned dark green-grey, the flood water splashed around like it was nobody's business and the wind was getting super intense and scary!  Then there was a close-up shot of Bobby's face while he looked at the tornado swirling towards him and .... well... find out what happens next episode! :O

Thanks for reading!  I really wish there was more, but unfortunately my dream ended in a major cliffhanger :|  How would you have everyone escape the situation?  I'd say boats, but would they survive the wild waters?  Hmmm....  

ETERNAL WINTER

*Old Dream - January 15, 2025

There was a device of some sort that could bring upon an "eternal winter" around the world and only a handful of people knew how to use it properly.  Unfortunately the device was stolen by a group that wanted world domination. However, they didn't know that if used improperly, the device will not stop and will continue to run indefinitely. 

Then an organization that was lead by people who knew how to use the device went out to reclaim the device through a secret sting operation. Thankfully it went well and the device was safe again.

The organization wanted to send a message to the bad guys and turned on the device for a few minutes and showed the devastation that would occur if they used it improperly.

Then there was a preview of what the "eternal winter" would look like. There was a small city with a volcano in the background, but the whole area was covered in snow and even more snow was falling still.  Even the volcano got snuffed out because of the cold.  It was a spectacular, but scary sight! :O

Little Tidbits 3

Hi everyone :D  

Hope you've all been having a lovely week!  I could only remember this dream in bits in pieces, but I felt it was memorable enough to record it down.  

*Old Dream - January 14, 2025

Miscellaneous scenes:

-  I was inside a huge mall with white marble floors and large floor-to-ceiling windows facing a body of water possibly an ocean or lake.  The mall and the view were both very beautiful!

-  I was with a group people (some real friends, some unknowns) and we were tasked with mailing a package with all the needed material for a movie project.  Unfortunately we had trouble fitting everything into the cardboard box that was provided.  We tried our best, but some items were lost during mailing because they popped out :(

-  My mom was telling me to wake up and get ready for breakfast.  We were gonna go to a restaurant.  After I sat up she hugged me and I was stunned since she never did this in real life.  She then said I should hug back and I did since what else could I do? It was weird to say the least.

-  Back in the mall, after exploring a while I found a karaoke place that looked promising.  I heard someone singing a familiar tune and really wanted to sing the same song.  I think it was a Britney Spears' song, but I could be wrong since there were some really high notes I don't remember her songs having.  The waiting room had a bunch of sofas and cushions and some hot pink wall panels.  It looked like a really luxurious business place rather than a karaoke lounge.

Thanks for reading!  I'm not sure if there is any kind of connection with these bits, but they stood out in their own way.  Thinking about it, I still remember the huge mall as if it was a real experience because it was so immersive.  But also so huge, so getting from store to store took a long time, lol.

 

FRIENDSHIP OVER FEAR

Hi everyone :D  

Even after having been out of the school system for so long, sometimes, I still dream about being a student.  Most of the time I really hate those dreams, but thankfully this one had one of the nicest and the most memorable moments.  Hope you enjoy!

 

*Old Dream - August 10, 2024

I was back in high school and had to get to homeroom class.  I was recently transferred from a different class so I didn't know where the room was exactly.  When I made it to my new classroom, I noticed there was no teacher and only two female students were there.  Both of the students were very talkative and friendly.  They greeted me and began asking questions about what classes I took and stuff like that.  I guess this was a very casual class.

A while later, one of the girls said she preferred to study in a different room and I saw her calling someone using her cell phone.  After the call she said she got permission from the homeroom teacher to use the other room.  She was very happy about that and we all headed on our way.  

We had to get to room 417.  I thought it would be straight forward but that was not the case at all.  The two girls knew exactly how to get there while I was totally confused and sometimes lost sight of them.  We made our way through long hallways filled with people that looked like construction and office workers, a treacherous path with spikes coming from the ground, and lots of scattered boulders.  I even needed to take an escalator going up to who knows where.  And there was also a hot boiling cauldron at the base of an elevator.  Talk about dangerous :O

Unfortunately, I lost sight of the girls before getting to the elevator and was very hesitant to keep going because of all the dangers.  I felt really lost and scared, but then a voice called to me and said they'll show me the way.  I turned around, and as luck would have it, it was my friend from high school.  

I was so glad to see him and get his help.  He showed me how to navigate the spiked grounds, and elevator that was overflowing with people.  Though, I did lose sight of him around the cauldron area and thought he went up the elevator; he did not :|

I reached the top of the roof and saw a bunch of locked rooms.  They were quite small, like sheds, but I couldn't figure how to open any of them.  I was thinking "these must be the rooms, right?"  Well, no luck, and with no other students in sight I was getting scared and sad again.  Plus, it was nighttime, and rainy, and I just wanted to find the room to meet with the girls I was with before.  

After going back down into the school, I decided to keep searching since the layout was much more like a real school on the upper floors. The first few rooms were empty but then I heard some talking as I got close to the next one and when I turned in to see who was there, it was my friend :D  Sitting at a table talking to some of the other students.  

He looked up at me with a smile and asked "what took you so long?"

At that moment I felt such happiness and relief, it's hard to describe.  I'm pretty sure I got teary-eyed also.  I ran to him and gave him the biggest hug ever.  Then I sat down and we started to chat.  But soon after, I reached out and grabbed his hands and held them in mine, looked straight into his eyes and was praying to God that astral projection would help me send this message him:

"Thank you for being such a dear friend, you don't know to how much you mean to me.  With all my heart, I want you to know."

I probably said it a little differently, but the meaning is the same.  I really wanted him to know one way or another.  And although I wasn't in a lucid state, I was aware enough that it was a dream.

Then I woke up.

Would you believe this is one of at least three times I tried to send out messages through my dreams?  I'm always hoping the other people are actually receiving them, but so far, still no confirmations of any sort, lol.  Oh well, maybe one day.  Thanks for reading!
